Roof Pros Residential Services
Why Roof Pros Dallas Inc.?
We guarantee our work. 100%
Your long-term satisfaction concerns us more than making a fast buck on a quick fix. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials, we offer a labor warranty for three years. Many satisfied clients have trusted us to provide them with an efficient roof system and satisfaction for years to come.
Communication is always a priority. Many inferior roofing companies will send a crew of workers to your home, but not provide any interaction to ensure you that the project is proceeding correctly. At Roof Pros Dallas Inc., you will will be assigned a project manager to not only ensure that the job meets your standards and ours, but also to keep you informed every step of the way. Your project manager will address any concerns you have and ensure your complete satisfaction, from start to finish.
Our crews are professional and responsible.
We treat your home and property as if it were our own, always keeping a clean and safe work area, leaving no mess behind. Your project manager is always available to you should any concerns arise.
We are fully insured.
We carry a $2 million general liability policy, far above what many contractors carry. We do this because the protection of your home and its contents while we are on the job is of utmost importance. This investment on our part demonstrates the value we place on our clients, their homes and businesses, while conducting our business prudently and wisely.

Our workers make sure that your shrubs, garden and home exterior are never exposed to any potential damage. All work is done to code and we aim to do the job right the first time. To back up our work we offer an extended warranty because we want your home to look better than we found it and we want you to feel confident your roof will not leak.
Our siding services include installation, new construction, replacement, repair and inspection. We use vinyl, insulated vinyl, cementious, cedar, slate, wood, tile and imitation masonry.
Nothing, nothing puts a finish on your residence like well finished gutters. Most residential gutters are 5" or 6" aluminum, steel, zinc, vinyl, or copper. One foot of 5" gutter holds 1.2 gallons of water. One foot of 6" K-Style gutter holds 2.0 gallons of water.
Gutters come in several sizes and shapes called profiles. The most common type of gutter used today is the open gutter, which comes in standard lengths for do-it-yourselfers, and also as continuous roll-formed seamless gutters, which must be installed by a contractor.
The 5 inch gutter comes with 2 x 3 inch downspouts. Larger residential gutter systems use 6 inch K-style gutter with a 3 x 4 inch downspout.
